I have more than eight years in mechanical engineering — most recently as a Concept Planner in the automotive and military industry, planning robotic and human capacity together on real production projects and coordinating with simulation, technology, and design teams. That's the same discipline I use now to direct AI coding agents: I don't write every line myself — I scope the work, plan the capacity, and verify the result.
